In August, the Yên Thành Training Center of KIM LIEN HAIVINA Co., Ltd. relocated to a newly completed facility and began full operations. Previously operating out of a repurposed school building, the center now runs both skills training and production simultaneously in the new factory, establishing a stable foundation for continued growth.

The new facility features a significantly improved working environment designed to ensure employee safety and comfort. Double doors and insect screens have been installed to prevent pests from entering, while ventilation fans and ceiling fans provide better airflow and cooling throughout the workspace. Employees on the floor have responded with great enthusiasm to the brighter, more organized surroundings.

With a workspace now better suited for focused, efficient work, the relocation is expected to contribute to improved productivity and overall performance. The comfortable and safe working conditions are also anticipated to have a positive impact on attracting new talent and maintaining a stable workforce.
