On April 11, HJ LAO SOLE Co., Ltd. hosted an in-house event to celebrate 'Pi Mai', the traditional Lao New Year, bringing employees together for a time of gratitude, unity, and renewal.

The event ran from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, opening with the 'Baci Ceremony', a traditional Lao ritual to wish everyone happiness, health, and well-being in the year ahead, setting a warm and festive tone throughout the evening.

The program featured a variety of activities for all employees to enjoy together, including live song performances and a prize draw. The prize draw, designed so that every employee received a gift, was particularly well-received and added to the overall excitement of the event.

The occasion also provided a meaningful opportunity for newly joined managers and local Lao employees to mingle, build mutual understanding, and strengthen their bonds, fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration within the organization.
