KIM LIEN HAIVINA Co., LTD held a meaningful factory tour event to further strengthen communication with
the local community and support students' new dreams.
On April 3rd, 28 students from a local school for the deaf were invited to this tour.
The program was customized to allow them to experience the garment production site firsthand and interact with seniors currently working in the field.
The tour began at 10:30 AM, with groups organized at an appropriate level to help the students' understanding.
In particular, deaf employees working in the Apparel Department of KIM LIEN HAIVINA Co., LTD participated as group leaders and led the students.
Communication based on the same language and a sense of empathy naturally resolved the students' questions.
Thanks to this, the overall program was conducted in a comfortable and warm atmosphere.

Following this, the students went on a factory tour according to the Apparel Department's work flow.
In the sewing section, they experienced the vividness of the site by directly observing the process of actual products being manufactured.
The students, encountering various machines and production processes for the first time, participated actively with high interest and curiosity.

After the tour, students shared positive feedback, such as "The scale of the company was large and impressive,"
and "It was very interesting to see various machines."

The Apparel Department of KIM LIEN HAIVINA Co., LTD stated,
"This tour was a very meaningful time to provide students with career experience opportunities while
allowing our members to communicate with juniors in the local community."
They added, "We will continue to review various measures for nurturing future talent and coexisting with the local community,
including future requests for equipment loans."
The event concluded as a meaningful time that will be remembered for a long time by both participating students and staff,
harmonizing on-site experience with warm interaction between seniors and juniors.
