HAIVINA, the Vietnam manufacturing subsidiary of HYUNJIN, has implemented a fuel allowance policy to help ease employees’ commuting expenses in response to rising global oil prices and inflation.

The fuel allowance, amounting to VND 500,000 per employee, was uniformly distributed to all employees across the company’s three entities in Vietnam on March 18.

A total budget of approximately USD 118,000 was executed to support 6,210 employees.

In addition, employees who join the company by the end of March will receive the same amount on April 1, which is expected to contribute to attracting new hires and ensuring stable workforce operations.

This initiative was introduced to support employees and stand together during challenging business conditions. Alongside existing welfare programs, it is expected to have a positive impact on employee satisfaction and a stronger sense of belonging.

Beyond financial support, this fuel allowance reflects HAIVINA’s commitment to being “an organization that grows together with its people and supports one another.”

HAIVINA plans to continue expanding welfare programs based on the practical needs of its employees.
