Hyunjin Spotech successfully held its Vision Proclamation Ceremony and Year-End Celebration on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, marking the announcement of its newly established core values developed over the past four months and celebrating the close of the year.

The event was designed as a meaningful occasion to share the company’s future direction with employees through the Vision Proclamation Ceremony, while also expressing appreciation for their dedication and hard work throughout 2025 during the year-end celebration.

Prior to the Vision Proclamation Ceremony and year-end event, a variety of interactive activities were held in the lobby on the first floor of the headquarters building. These included gift draws, gift fishing games, and a four-cut photo booth, allowing employees to participate freely and enjoy the festivities. In particular, the four-cut photo booth received enthusiastic responses as a popular space for capturing memorable moments with colleagues.

Beyond simple observation, the event also featured hands-on special classes, including a stamp-making workshop and a highball-making class. Employees were able to step away from their daily routines, enjoy creative activities, and experience a refreshing and relaxing time together.

Following the conclusion of the events and special classes, the Vision Proclamation Ceremony officially began. The ceremony was smoothly hosted by announcer Baek Sun-hye, providing a well-structured and engaging flow. Through a vision reading delivered by an employee representative, the company’s future direction and key messages were clearly shared. During the subsequent CEO Talk session, the CEO responded directly to questions from employees, creating a meaningful opportunity for open and sincere communication regarding the company’s vision and strategic direction.

 

The ceremony continued with a vision calligraphy performance, in which calligraphy artist Kim So-young artistically expressed the company’s vision on stage, further enhancing audience immersion and leaving a lasting impression.

After the Vision Proclamation Ceremony, the year-end celebration continued with a dinner gathering. Hosted by comedian Jeon Hwan-gyu, the program featured the “Hyunjin Lotto” event, an awards ceremony, and various recreational activities. The venue was filled with laughter and applause throughout the evening, as employees enjoyed the programs and prizes together, sharing warm and joyful moments to close out the year.
