On December 19, 2025, the 2026 Business Planning Strategy Meeting was held in the main conference room on the 6th floor of the company’s headquarters.

This strategy meeting is a regular biannual forum that brings together executive management and key practitioners from each department to review the performance of the current year and discuss the company-wide strategic direction and key initiatives for the year ahead.

During the meeting, participants jointly explored improvement measures for initiatives that underperformed during the year, while also recognizing and encouraging departments that achieved meaningful results. In addition, in-depth discussions were conducted on how to establish the company’s overall strategies and tactical approaches for 2026.

 

A total of 38 employees participated in the meeting, engaging in active discussions and exchanging diverse perspectives. Unlike previous strategy meetings, which primarily focused on reviewing past performance by department, this meeting was characterized by discussions centered on the outlook for the upcoming business environment and the key initiatives that must be prioritized in the coming year.

Discussions covering a wide range of critical topics—including projected orders for the next year, production capacity (CAPA), and new plant development—continued intensively for approximately ten hours. Through these in-depth exchanges, participants were able to share challenges arising from limited interdepartmental communication and gain a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities of other departments that are not typically encountered in daily operations.

Although not all issues and differences were resolved immediately, the strategy meeting proved meaningful as a starting point for identifying concrete actions toward future solutions, grounded in a shared understanding of common challenges.
